1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

• Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number if you give one, order details and payment confirmation. We use them to process and deliver your order, issue invoices and meet our accounting duties (contract and legal obligation).
• Newsletter: your email address and the date and wording of your consent. We use them to send news about FiTU products and guides, only if you tick the box (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Browser storage: a small identifier in your browser keeps your basket working during your visit (strictly necessary). With your consent only: Google Analytics (visit statistics) and the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement). Both are off until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

3. Who receives your data

Wix (website hosting, checkout and the mailing list), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), shipping carriers and our accountant, only as far as needed for these purposes. Some providers (Stripe, PayPal, Google, Meta) may process data outside the EU/EEA, in particular in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: 10 years, as required by French accounting law. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to momo@fishingtungsten.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
