FiTU offers fishing tackle and related products. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for information purposes. Minor variations may occur.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
All orders are subject to product availability.
FiTU reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Prices may change, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through the chosen payment provider. FiTU never stores your full card details.

6. Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, in accordance with French and EU law. Full details are available in the Shipping & Returns policy.

8. Liability

FiTU is responsible for delivering products in accordance with French consumer law.
FiTU cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or misuse of products.
The risk passes to the consumer upon receipt of goods.

All website content, logos, images, and product designs are the property of FiTU. No part may be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may contact the Centre de médiation or bring the case before a competent French court.
