For End Consumers (UK & EU)

Shipping

  • All consumer orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days, and we guarantee dispatch within 3 business days.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email.

Delivery Regions

  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom and across the European Union (tax may apply upon arrival into the EU).

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at momo@fishingtungsten.com.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at momo@fishingtungsten.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed once returned goods are received and inspected.

For Wholesale Customers (UK & EU)

Shipping

  • Wholesale orders are shipped using a designated courier service. (Courier TBC)

  • We aim to dispatch wholesale orders within 2 business days, with a guaranteed dispatch time of 3 business days.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed during the ordering process or via direct communication.

Delivery Regions

  • We offer wholesale shipping throughout the UK and Europe.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.

Returns

  • Returns for wholesale orders are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
