Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

weight and size of the order
Any applicable delivery charges are clearly displayed before payment.
Responsibility & Risk
In accordance with French law, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
If a package arrives damaged, the customer must:

note reservations with the carrier upon delivery, and

contact FiTU within 48 hours with supporting photos.

2. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU and French consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify FiTU via email.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:

be unused and in original condition

include all original packaging
-
not show signs of wear or damage
FiTU reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected:

Shipping costs are refunded only if required by law (e.g. full withdrawal).
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

contact FiTU within 48 hours of delivery

provide photos and order details
FiTU will:

offer a replacement, or
-
issue a full refund
Return shipping costs will be covered by FiTU in such cases.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

custom-made or personalised products
-
items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened (if applicable)
