Bullet weight: the Texas and Carolina rig weight
The tungsten bullet weight slides through cover. Its inline “No-Fray Leader-Guard” tube protects thin fluorocarbon or nylon leaders.
Finesse stick: drop shot and free rig
Slim and elongated, the finesse stick is the drop shot weight of choice, and works for free rig, jika rig and kick-back rig too.
Cheb head and nail weights
The Cheb head lets you change weight without removing the lure from the hook. Nail weights fine-tune the lure’s balance, notably for Neko rig.

Frequently asked questions
Which weight for drop shot?
A slim, elongated weight such as the finesse stick: it stays compact and sensitive. Choose the weight by depth and current, keeping contact with the bottom.
Why a tungsten weight instead of lead?
Tungsten is about 1.7 times denser than lead, so a tungsten weight is more compact than a lead one of the same weight. That improves sensitivity and presentation and reduces snags. It is also 100% lead-free, ahead of the upcoming EU restriction. See tungsten vs lead.
